Do you deliver all over India?
Yes. We ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India through trusted courier partners. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the shipping charges are payable by the customer and are added at checkout.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available across India on serviceable PIN codes. Please keep the exact amount ready for the delivery partner.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery takes about 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number if you wish to cancel.
What is your return and refund policy?
Returns are accepted only if you received a different product or a damaged product. In such cases, an unboxing video showing the product and the issue is required, and the concern must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Apart from these cases, all sales are final — no return, exchange or refund is provided.
