At OrganixGlo, your satisfaction and skin safety are our top priorities. However, due to the sensitive nature of skincare products and for reasons of hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been opened or used.
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- If the product delivered has a clear manufacturing defect.
- If the parcel is received in an unsealed, opened, or tampered condition. In such cases, please do not accept the package and report it to us immediately.
To initiate a return for the above exceptions, please email us at organixglocare@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs and your order details. Once our team verifies and approves the claim, we will initiate a refund or replacement as appropriate.
Please note: Refunds will not be processed if the product has been opened, used, or damaged after delivery. We appreciate your understanding in maintaining hygiene standards for skincare products.

We currently ship only within India.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Delivery timelines vary based on your location and the courier service used. Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once the order is shipped.
Shipping Charges:

- For orders below ₹500, a flat ₹100 shipping fee will be charged at checkout.
Shipping rates are calculated based on order value and weight. All weights are rounded up to the nearest full kilogram as per courier policies.
